Abstract: Through investigate the self and surrounding conditions of abandoned mine land of Mentougou in Beijing, adopt the method combined with special and basic factor and qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the evaluation index system of abandoned mine land development to reuse was established, and put forward to the countermeasures and suggestions of abandoned mine land reuse. Results show that abandoned mine land mainly includes the abandoned coal mine land and abandoned quarry land, for a total of 128 in mentougou district. In which 42 can be used as construction land, it has an area of about 230.25 ha. This evaluation method is practical. According to current situation of abandoned mines land, the evaluation results, and the government policy guidance in mentougou district, the abandoned mine land can be used as a platform for the development of high-tech financial industry of the internet. The results can provide reference for abandoned mine lands reuse of other areas in China.
